Your customers can now send voice notes
Talking is faster than typing. Your customers can book an appointment with a WhatsApp or Telegram voice note, just as they'd say it to a friend. Cita1 listens to it, understands it and replies in writing with the available times. In the dashboard you see both the audio (you can play it) and what they said, in case you want to double-check. Ideal for customers who are driving, don't type much or prefer to explain things out loud.
Photos and documents, right in the conversation
If a client sends you a photo of the cut they want or a PDF, it no longer gets lost: it shows up in the dashboard chat, with a thumbnail, alongside the rest of the conversation. You'll have it at hand when they get to the chair, without digging through your phone.
Speaks each customer's language, with zero effort from you
Cita1 detects each person's language and replies in it: Spanish, Italian, German, English… And when it's you replying from the dashboard, it translates in both directions: you write in your language, the customer receives it in theirs, and what they write to you, you read translated. No copying and pasting into a translator. Built for tourist areas, international neighborhoods and businesses in Switzerland.
The dashboard chat, with a WhatsApp feel
Your customers' profile photos, thumbnails, audio you can play with a single tap and messages with their line breaks exactly as they were sent. Opening your dashboard feels like opening WhatsApp, not like opening management software.
Prices: only if customers ask
You can now set a price for each service (optional). Cita1 only mentions it if the customer asks — it never brings it up on its own or makes one up. If a service has no published price, it says so clearly instead of improvising.
Your calendar, at a glance
We redesigned the appointment cards: a color per professional, the customer's full name, and the service or specialty underneath. And best of all: the calendar updates on its own. Appointments that come in through WhatsApp appear on screen without you having to reload anything.
A waitlist that actually works
When there's no slot available, Cita1 adds the customer to the waitlist with exactly what they asked for: which professional, which service, which day and what time. You see it in the dashboard, and when a slot opens up the customer is notified automatically.
An assistant that never improvises
We've put guardrails on the assistant so it doesn't make the mistakes that cost you customers: it doesn't offer times that don't exist (it only proposes slots verified against your calendar), it doesn't book outside each professional's hours, it doesn't change the service or the duration on its own, it doesn't cancel anything you haven't asked it to cancel and it doesn't confirm an appointment that doesn't exist. If something goes wrong, it says so and alerts a person. Reliability doesn't show in a demo: you notice it in month three.
Getting started, on your own and in order
The first time you log in, a setup guide tells you, step by step, what's still needed for your business to be up and running: details, business hours, services, team, channel and security. Each step takes you straight to where it gets done, and it keeps you posted while anything is pending. You also receive a welcome email with your login details and an explanation of what each dashboard is for.
Connect your WhatsApp in minutes
We've simplified connecting your WhatsApp number: it's done from the dashboard, guided and with no technical steps. If something isn't connected properly, we tell you in the chat instead of leaving messages lost in limbo: you'll see a notice when a message couldn't be delivered, and why.
